I was referred to John Fuller by a friend who had hired him before with success. I am very grateful that I went to John! He is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain the process. He takes the time to go over everything with you and did not expect payment up front. Carina always returned my emails and calls within a few hours and when it was time to decide what to do with the case, John called me and spoke to me at length (20 minutes, maybe more) and he let me decide what I wanted to do instead of telling me what I had to do.
