John and of course Bridget, were everything I did not know I needed. I had not had to use an attorney before the event of my accident. I was unsure how everything would go or what my part would be in it. They kept me informed and let me know what has happening. John was honest from our first meeting onwards regarding expectations and when those changed he let me know. He walked me through all procedures and the best advice he gave me was "Just be honest." I was instantly at ease from that moment forward. It was a long process but on my end was as easy as showing up when scheduled. My main focus was to get my medical bills paid in an accident which I was not at fault for. He accomplished that and the relief has been immense.
